Refund policy

Custom orders can be canceled or refunded,if you want to cancel your custom orders,contact us within 2 hours after you placed your order.

If any products received are damaged,incomplete or incorrect, please email an attached photo of damaged products and order form within TWO DAYS after delivery date. If you do not like the goods after receiving the goods and want to return the goods, then you must send the goods back to us. We will refund the money to you after receiving the goods you sent completely, but we are not responsible for the round-trip postage.
